Nice location and good having an area outside to have our own breakfast.
Room was exceptionally small and shower impossibly small. The advertised free wi-fi was not accessible in our room at all and the room was not serviced at all in the time we were there. No signage indicating the name of the accommodation, nor where the Reception was.

Great location and friendly hosts, but I had the pleasure of waking up to the sound of breakfast being served to other lucky guests. How delightful.

The staff was excellent and friendly. And on our last day we got a free lift to the ferry docks. The room was small but comfortable and had all the facilities we required.

Very friendly and surprisingly helpful stuff. They gave us breakfast for free and drove to the harbor. Good location, close to old town.
Nothing negative except too big and hard pillows. Was a little hard to sleep.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed for a good night's sleep. The location couldn't be better - close to both the city centre and the old town center. It's also just a short walk away from Bačvice beach, perfect for relaxing by the sea. The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. Additionally, they offer a delicious breakfast to start your day off right.
The lighting in the bathroom could be improved.

Big, well equiped studio to make own food. Very nice bathroom with huge shower and cosy blue lamps which creates a nice atmosphere. Small breakfast included in the price which we didn't expected. Very close to Bacvice beach area. Big sofa with a flatscreen tv as well.
Not really close to the old city center, a 15 minutes walk to the old town and the promenade of Split

The accommodation was convenient to the city center of Split. Neno Roki met us when we arrived by train & drove us to the apartment. His sweet wife cleans the rooms & brings breakfast to your room if desired. We did not make breakfast arrangements when we booked but it was provided gratis & was much appreciated to start the day. You just have to tell them what time. There is a small refrig. In the room & a table & chairs to eat at. We stayed 2 nights. The first morning coffee, croissants & fresh peach were brought. The second morning same except it was bananas. Simple but nicely offered. When we departed, Neno drove us back to the train station. This helpful transportation assist means a lot to a travel weary tourist & we didn't have to manage our luggage on the public bus. The area & security felt safe.
The bathroom was roomy enough but the lighting was dim making it a bit difficult to see for applying make up. The shower was good. The double bed was actually 2 twins pushed together but this is not uncommon in Europe. The room was a bit tight but acceptable. I believe they offered 4 rooms total for rent. We felt the Internet rate was just fair, but then everywhere in Split seemed to be expensive.

The owner saved us a parking space on the street right outside the front door. The hotel is within walking of the beach and the old palace. The owner and his wife were very nice and spoke English and probably several languages.

Our apartment room was quite new and spacious, nice to relax in during the evening. The owners were great, giving service that I'd expect in a 5star hotel. Their help made our overall experience a better one.
